Text Box:  Need Help Dealing with State Agencies?    Apply to be a Notary Public  If you are having trouble dealing with a state agency, my staff and I are here to help.  We are more than willing to mediate a solution after you have failed to get the help you need from the state agency. To get help, contact one of my offices: Email: help@bobhooper.com  or  help2@bobhooper.com  In order to become a notary public, you must file an application with the Secretary of State's Office.  Maryland Law requires all applicants be approved by their state senator.  A link to the application is below.
