Text Box: Dear Senator Hooper,
Thank you very much for helping me out with my Eagle Project.  I really appreciate that you took the time to keep your cans for me, especially with the busy schedule that you must have. Even more, I appreciate that you took the time to ride all the way out to my house to drop them off.  It really was a big help and I appreciate it very much.  I raised $184.00 from the aluminum cans, which I used to buy supplies for building thirty bluebirds boxes. We successfully completed all thirty boxes and hung them up at Swan Harbor Farm on September 16.  Thank you also for all that you have done for scouting in Harford County .  I am glad that there is someone like you who can champion a worthy cause like Scouts.  Thanks again for all your help.
 Sincerely,
Matt Anthony

 Editor:
I take exception to your recent editorial and Mr. Kollar’s October 18 letter regarding Senator Robert Hooper.
Last year at this time when an overly zealous County bureaucrat closed agricultural buildings to the public, many small business i.e. farms were adversely impacted. Senator Hooper introduced legislation, and then orchestrated a compromise, which reopened these buildings to the public in Harford County and extended the protection of State law to agricultural buildings across the state. His legislation positively effected hundreds of Maryland farms. I don’t remember Mr. Kollar speaking at any of the hearings that I attended on the issue.
Senator Hooper has been elected to serve District 35 twice and I am certain that because of his record he will be re-elected for a third term. He will certainly have my vote.

Text Box: General elections are only days away.  Bob is counting on your support on November 7th.  If you'd like a sign for your yard, would like to volunteer at the polls, or if you have questions about any of the electoral issues, please feel free to call (410) 836-1566 and leave a message.  We'll return your call as soon as possible!
Text Box: Have you spotted the Senator, yet?
Many "Harford Countians" have seen Bob as he waves from the back of his pick-up, inviting beeps and waves in return.  If you'd like to stop for a couple of minutes, Bob would be glad to talk with you.  He calls this either his "mobile" or "drive-up office."
